BOOKING POLICIES:

We are so excited to be part of your celebration! Please take a moment to review our booking policies before reserving your party.

📅 Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your reservation. Your event is officially booked once availability has been confirmed and your deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.

$100 deposit for Signature Bar

$200 deposit for Deluxe bar

🔄 Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change!

  • Rescheduling requests made 7 or more days before your event will be accommodated based on availability.

  • Requests made less than 7 days before your event may result in the forfeiture of your deposit unless the change is due to severe weather or an emergency.

❌ Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your event, your deposit will not be refunded because your date was reserved exclusively for your party.

If Suli B’s Slime Creamery Co. must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any payments made.

🌧 Weather

For outdoor parties, we’ll happily work with you to reschedule or move the party indoors when possible if severe weather is expected.

🍭 Slime Safety

Our slime is made with non-toxic ingredients but is not edible.

Some toppings and charms contain small pieces that may present a choking hazard for young children.

Please avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and hair. Children should wash their hands after playing with slime.

🚗 Travel

Suli B’s Slime Creamery Co. is proudly based in Thornton, Colorado, and serves families throughout the surrounding Denver metro area.

Included Travel

Travel is included for events within 20 miles of Thornton, Colorado.

Extended Travel Fees

Events beyond 20 miles are subject to the following travel fees:

  • 21–30 miles: +$20

  • 31–40 miles: +$35

Travel Limit

At this time, we are unable to accommodate events located more than 40 miles from Thornton, Colorado.

If you’re unsure whether your event falls within our service area, please contact us before booking. We’ll be happy to help determine if your location is within our travel radius.

All travel fees will be communicated and approved before your booking is confirmed. There are never any surprise charges.

👧 Adult Supervision

An adult (18 years or older) must remain present throughout the event.

Suli B’s Slime Creamery Co. provides entertainment and instruction but is not responsible for supervising children during the party.

Arrival

We’ll arrive approximately 30–45 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up so everything is ready for your guests.

Allergy & Liability Acknowledgment

While we use non-toxic materials, Suli B’s Slime Creamery Co. cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. By booking with us, the host acknowledges responsibility for informing us of any known allergies or sensitivities before the event and understands that children should participate under adult supervision.
